Club Cefalon is a day activity center within the HSL (Social Services) area covering all of Malmö Municipality, targeting individuals under 66 years of age with a confirmed dementia diagnosis.
Here, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the field of cognitive diseases, working alongside colleagues with extensive experience. You will also have the chance to work from a rehabilitative approach and lead and participate in stimulating activities together with our guests. The work group consists of two assistant nurses, one with Silvia Sister Competence, a Silvia Nurse, and you, our occupational therapist.

Job Responsibilities
As an occupational therapist at Club Cefalon, you will become an important part of our team, where different professional categories collaborate to promote the well-being of our guests. Your main task involves working with a rehabilitative approach, strengthening the guests' own resources, and contributing to a secure and meaningful daily life at the activity center.
Your responsibilities include assessing the guests' activity capacity and documenting this. You handle incident reports and, if necessary, write certificates regarding activity capacity. Additionally, you are responsible for prescribing cognitive aids, participating in care planning, and contributing to various development projects. Guiding and organizing activity groups at the day center, in close collaboration with your colleagues, is a natural and integrated part of your role as an occupational therapist at Club Cefalon.
Qualifications
Requirements for the position:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (180 ECTS credits).
- At least 2 years of experience as an occupational therapist.
- Experience from Day Activities for persons with cognitive diseases or Day Activities within the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) area.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
