Make a difference. Every day.
Are you a specialist physician in general medicine and want to combine clinical work with a developmental leadership role? With us, you have the opportunity to take on the role of Responsible Medical Doctor (MLA) with introduction, mentoring support, and allocated time for the assignment. At the same time, we offer flexible working hours, the possibility of remote work, and great opportunities to influence both your assignment and the development of the operations.
Welcome to Vårdcentralen Kroksbäck
Vårdcentralen Kroksbäck has been in existence since 1986 and is one of Malmö's oldest health centers. We have approximately 6,100 registered patients and are more than 25 employees with a well-functioning collaboration both within and between our different professions.
With us, you work together with a stable group of doctors in a business where collegial support, participation, and a good working environment are a natural part of everyday life. We offer flexible working hours and consider it a matter of course that you should have the opportunity to influence both your schedule and your work situation. We work with team rounds according to the Alaska model – a working environment reform that contributes to good and close care. The work team is divided into two cross-professional teams where the patient is a natural part of the team.
We have a strong drive to develop operations and have recently started both a diabetes clinic, a light emergency clinic, and a family center to be able to offer even more cohesive care for our patients. We also plan to start an asthma/COPD clinic, and in connection with the health center, there is Rehab Kroksbäck and the Child Health Center Kroksbäck.
With us, you as an employee are an important part of the development of operations. We value initiative, participation, and new ideas and offer a workplace where you get the opportunity to influence both the operations and your own professional development.

Job Description
As a specialist physician with us, you combine clinical work with the role of Responsible Medical Doctor (MLA). In close collaboration with the operations manager and colleagues, you contribute to developing medical quality, patient safety, and the continued development of operations. Previous experience of an MLA assignment is not a requirement – we offer introduction, mentoring support, and good conditions to grow into the role.
The clinical work includes both planned and acute patient visits within the entire field of general medicine. You work in a business where continuity, medical quality, and teamwork are at the center.
The working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. We value balance between work and leisure and are sensitive to your wishes regarding schedule and development. With us, there is also the possibility of remote work one day a week, which gives flexibility for administrative tasks.
Here you are met by a workplace where we support each other, share our competence, and value an open and non-hierarchical working climate. We believe in close collaboration where everyone contributes and where your competence becomes an important part of our continued development.
