At Fågelbacken Health Centre, we are a wonderful team of colleagues, and we are now welcoming a registered nurse for a six-month temporary position with the possibility of extension, who wants to become part of our community!

We are located in the popular Slottsstaden area, with many pleasant lunch restaurants nearby and the sea within walking distance. The team consists of approximately 35 employees with various professions. Here you will find nurses/specialist nurses, assistant nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists. We have a district nurse clinic as well as nurse-led clinics for conditions such as diabetes and heart/vascular diseases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse at our health centre, you play an important role in the patient's care experience. In addition, you will have a varied job and constantly new experiences!

Here you work with everything from health-promoting measures to caring for acutely ill people. You work with medical advice and assessment, both by phone and at the clinic, and meet people of different ages and backgrounds. The nursing group consists of eight nurses and specialist nurses. We invest in regular further education and in developing our working methods to create the best possible environment for both patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working at a health centre. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have competence in diabetes care or asthma/COPD.

You have a friendly approach to patients and a strong patient focus. You thrive in collaboration with your colleagues but also have the ability to make independent decisions. We want you to have a positive attitude and contribute to finding solutions that move us forward. At times, the workload is high, and you need to feel confident that tasks can vary quickly.

This recruitment uses continuous selection. Due to holiday periods, the process is expected to resume in week 33. We warmly welcome your application!
