We are now looking for a residential support worker for our team at S A Norling. We offer training and a developing job where you make a difference! The position is for a waking night shift.

About S A Norling
At our facility, 6 adults live with, among other things, autism and intellectual disabilities, aged 21–58. The residence is located in a residential area in central Skara with good bus connections.

About the role
As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with, among other things, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. The working hours are scheduled for the night.

Your experience and knowledge
You have a high school education in healthcare and social care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience in working with this target group is an advantage.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, and you always have the best interests of our users as your starting point in everything you do.

Other information
Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, employment occurs on a rolling basis.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
Start date: 1/9/2026.
