Where you will work
We are a relatively new unit that is growing rapidly. We are currently looking for nurses for hourly employment as a complement to our regular team. The unit includes Silvia Sisters and a dementia team.
Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care together with your colleagues in the best possible way.
Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a registered nurse for an on-call/needs-based position. Our nurses work shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, every day.
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious Qualifications
We would appreciate if you have previous experience in elderly care.
To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings. You are good at building relationships and are service-oriented. Since we work both in teams and independently, it is important that you are comfortable in such an environment.
Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
