Your Offer

This is a one-year consultancy assignment where you will be employed by TNG, while your client is Skanska Sverige.

At Skanska, you will become part of one of Sweden's largest HR organizations. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in both HR and payroll, while building a broad understanding of HR processes in a complex and business-close organization. Your Responsibilities

In the role of HR Support Specialist at HR Helpdesk, you will among other things:

• Be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR and payroll issues.
• Handle incoming cases via phone and case management systems.
• Provide guidance on HR-related systems and digital tools.
• Refer and escalate cases to the appropriate HR specialist when necessary.
• Administer documents such as employment certificates and orders for ID06.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and the team's shared competence.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll work and who thrive in a service-oriented role where you support managers and employees daily. You have experience providing professional support via phone, email, or case management systems, and feel confident working in HR-related systems and digital tools.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, or HRM is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a pedagogical approach. You collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and treat people calmly and professionally, even when questions are complex or sensitive. With a structured work approach and genuine service commitment, you contribute to creating a positive experience for the organization's managers and employees.
