In this role, you will work in a team responsible for the external reception, the internal service hub, and conference services at the Swedish Tax Agency's office in Sundbyberg. About the job
Your duties include welcoming and registering visitors, handling visitor and access cards, answering phones and emails, and having overall responsibility for shared spaces and meeting rooms. You will also answer questions from the public and internal colleagues, as well as handle contact with suppliers, including courier and package management. You will also be part of our internal conference service, which includes tasks such as table setting, food ordering, evening events, and various logistical support.
The section you will belong to is large and contains several different areas of work, primarily within internal service and administration. We work closely together and help each other across boundaries and areas of responsibility when needed. We are unpretentious and support one another.
The Swedish Tax Agency's office in Sundbyberg houses approximately 3,000 employees and covers an area of about 43,000 square meters. In this exciting assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment where you and your colleagues deliver world-class service to everyone you meet and interact with, both externally and internally.
Other authorities are also located in the building, whom you will represent and assist in various service matters in your role. Here, engagement and enthusiasm are the foundation for creating memorable service experiences for both visitors and colleagues.
You belong to the office unit within the Administrative Department, based in Sundbyberg. Together, we are a total of 35 colleagues, where you will become part of a smaller workgroup.

You must also have:
- completed upper secondary education
- current and relevant work experience in service in similar high-paced office environments
- current and relevant work experience in reception work
- current and relevant work experience with the Office package
It is desirable if you have current and relevant work experience in security work. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in planning and coordinating conference and meeting services.

The position is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
The working hours are flexible and planned; evening work may occur on occasional occasions.
A position with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
In this job, due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home.
