Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you are easy to collaborate with and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Trained preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with the curriculum's goals regarding teaching and learning.
• Experience in working with and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• Good knowledge of Office 365.
• Previous experience in preschool activities is highly meritorious.

About Norlandia Diktaren Preschool

Norlandia Diktaren currently consists of 107 children, with 4 halls divided into eight teaching groups. We have fantastic facilities for the innovative preschool, a small courtyard, and proximity to nature and parks.

What do we offer you?

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer competence development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will have access to our unique concepts, competence development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and content on our digital learning platform.

Holiday service or vacation service – you choose

We offer the possibility to choose between holiday service and vacation service. Holiday service means you work more hours during the school year in exchange for leave during holidays and vacations. The working time consists of 40 hours of regulated working time plus three hours of trust-based working time per week.

Employment type: Fixed-term contract

Scope: Full-time, 100%

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
