We are therefore looking for a Senior Recruiter with a background in the consulting industry. We are looking for you who know that you want to work in recruitment and work with some of the best in the industry.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for and drive the recruitment processes for Asta's customers. You act as an expert to customers and candidates by being insight-driven, advisory, and challenging in your work. You collaborate closely with the customer as well as other internal people at Asta. We set high standards and desire that the role is permeated by quality and professionalism. In addition, there is an employer responsibility for a growing share of consultants by ensuring and following up on them during assignments with our customers/partners. Your tasks therefore include follow-up in the ongoing work, time reporting, ensuring a good work environment, and related administrative tasks.

In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you are a key player for us at Asta and get to be part of shaping our success at an early stage. There will be opportunities to specialize, create new business areas, and step into leadership roles. How your specific role will develop over time is something you help create together with us.

Responsibilities:

• Drive your own recruitment processes within varying business areas, from start to finish
• Collaboration and insight-driven dialogues with customers
• Build and maintain candidate networks, primarily via LinkedIn
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales
• Employer and work environment responsibility for consultants
• Related administrative tasks according to processes

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience from the recruitment and staffing industry
• Knowledge of search and sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in work where you have had customer contact within B2B
• Post-secondary education, for example in economics, sales, marketing, or behavioral science; the most important thing is that you have an interest in recruitment
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with IT recruitment is an advantage
