About the Role of Business Developer
As a Business Developer within Supply Chain, you will drive initiatives to develop and streamline Svenska Retursystem's circular logistics flows. The focus is on traceability, data quality, and control of information and material flows. You will achieve this by initiating and driving development projects and improvement activities. You will also contribute to developing digital working methods and ensure that data is used as a natural tool to create long-term improvements in the business. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments as well as customers and other external stakeholders. You will be part of a tight team of four people, based at Svenska Retursystem's headquarters in Stockholm or the office at the facility in Västerås.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive development initiatives that strengthen traceability, control, and efficiency in Svenska Retursystem's circular logistics flows.
• Analyze the logistics chain to identify improvement opportunities, enhance data quality, and create conditions for better management.
• Develop digital working methods and improve the use of data in analysis, follow-up, and decision support.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and other external stakeholders.

About You
To succeed in this role, you have a relevant post-secondary education in Industrial Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar. You have experience in business development, logistics flows, data analysis, or system-related development, along with a strong interest in technology and digitalization. Experience with traceability, inventory control, data flows, or digital solutions in complex logistics chains is desirable.

Key requirements for the role:

• Post-secondary education, preferably in Industrial Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Experience in business development, logistics flows, data analysis, or system-related development within Supply Chain or related areas.
• Interest in technology and digitalization.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience working with traceability, inventory control, data flows, or digital solutions in complex logistics chains.
• Understanding of retail and distribution flows.
