You step into an important role in the early stages of societal development projects where land, contract, and implementation issues need to align from the start. In this role, you support detailed planning projects as a development project manager and contribute with structure, progress, and expertise in matters that are crucial for the projects to be implemented in a sustainable and clear manner.

You work in a municipal environment with many contact points and close collaboration with planning architects, development project managers, and other functions within societal development. The role also involves dialogue with construction actors, consultants, politicians, and residents, making it well-suited for you who thrive in contexts where both substantive issues and coordination are central. This is an exciting assignment for you who want to influence early stages where the right decisions have a great impact on further development.

• You drive and support development projects in the detailed planning phase with a focus on contracts and implementation planning.
• You prepare development agreements, implementation descriptions, and development calculations.
• You investigate land and property legal issues related to the projects.
• You prepare the purchase, exchange, and sale of land, as well as work with land allocation.
• You conduct investigations focusing on technical issues.
• You lead and coordinate investigations that may cover larger areas.
• You collaborate closely with internal functions and contribute support to colleagues in related matters.

• Over 4 years of experience in a relevant competence area
• Experience of having worked, as an employee or hired consultant, within a politically governed authority
• Extensive experience in land and development issues
• Relevant education and/or experience assessed as equivalent
• Experience in preparing development agreements and development calculations

• Experience working in similar municipal operations
• Good knowledge of how a municipal organization functions
