Our client is in an exciting growth phase and is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation journey. We are now looking for a Senior MRP Specialist who wants to take a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the company's future processes and systems for material and production planning.

About the Role

As a Senior MRP Specialist, you will play a key role in the development of the company's supply chain. You will be responsible for building, developing, and optimizing MRP processes with a focus on creating efficient and sustainable working methods. The role involves significant personal responsibility, contributing to ensuring well-functioning material and production planning that meets the business's high quality and delivery requirements.

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment/contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client.

• Location: Stockholm.

For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to pass and be approved in a background and security check.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and setup of the company's MRP system, ensuring an efficient establishment of processes and working methods.

• Structure, maintain, and optimize master data, bills of materials (BOM), and lead times to create reliable material planning.

• Develop and improve processes for material requirements planning (MRP), inventory control, and production planning.

• Act as an internal expert and super-user by training and supporting purchasers, logisticians, and production managers in the MRP system.

• Ensure that the MRP system and processes meet the business's requirements for traceability, quality, and security.

About You

You are structured, problem-solving oriented, and have an analytical mind. You communicate clearly and thrive in cross-departmental collaboration to achieve common goals. You work systematically and can handle multiple tasks in parallel in a changing tempo.

Formal Qualifications

• Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or a corresponding engineering education.

• Several years of documented experience in supply chain and production planning, with a special focus on implementing, configuring, and developing MRP modules in business systems, such as Odoo, MRPeasy, or integrations between Jira and MRP systems.

• In-depth knowledge of master data, capacity planning, and material flows within manufacturing industry.

• Fluent English in both speech and writing is a requirement, as English is the working language. Swedish is meritorious and is used to some extent in daily communication between colleagues.
