What the role entails

As a Production Technician, you will play a key role within the company, responsible for developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with production, the quality department, and other teams to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable production.

• Optimize and ensure quality of production flows.
• Ensure that production meets requirements for quality and efficiency.
• Participate in departmental meetings within production.
• Actively engage in improvement work, such as Lean or other methods.
• Implement new methods and technologies in production.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report to the site manager.
• Calibrate/service tools/machines and install and commission them.
• Operate the business according to the requirements of the quality and environmental management systems.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
• Experience in improvement work and change management.
• Good communication skills and experience working in teams.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Solution-oriented and structured.
