Your new role

Are you an experienced HR systems specialist with deep expertise in Heartpace, and have you been a key figure in previous system implementations? We are now looking for a consultant who wants to play a crucial role in an exciting change project.

Our client is in an intense phase where a new HR system (Heartpace) and a new payroll system (SD Worx) are being implemented. The project is already in the testing and implementation phase, and the HR department now needs to strengthen the team with an experienced specialist who can contribute both expert knowledge and operational support.

Here, you will function as the organization's Superuser for Heartpace during the transition period. You will become a central resource in the continued rollout and be responsible for ensuring that the system's functionality is used to its fullest potential. The role involves close collaboration with HR, the project team, and other stakeholders to create a stable and efficient solution.

You will mainly:

  • Be the organization's primary expert and Superuser within Heartpace.
  • Support the HR team during testing, implementation, and the transition to the new system.
  • Contribute experience from previous implementations and the further development of Heartpace.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure efficient use of the system's features.
  • Provide support, guidance, and knowledge transfer to the business.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid
Start: August 2026
End: 6 months, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Documented experience in implementing and further developing Heartpace.
  • Experience working as a Superuser or systems specialist within HR systems.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and digitalization within HR.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Meritorious: Experience with implementation or work with SD Worx.
