We are now looking for a Junior Recruiter who wants to combine recruitment, candidate dialogue, and employer branding with the opportunity to influence how we attract the senior workforce of the future. You will work with volume recruitment for our offices in Sweden and actively seek out new ways to reach and attract seniors and retirees to Veterankraft. About the role

As a Junior Recruiter at Veterankraft, you are the hub of our veteran recruitment. You work with volume recruitment for our offices in Sweden and are responsible for continuously filling our pool with new Veterans. You are responsible for driving the recruitment processes forward, appointing new veterans based on the offices' needs, and handling all communication with candidates along the way. You will play a central role in ensuring that the recruitment process maintains its pace and that the Veterans are available when the business needs them.

In addition to the operational recruitment work, you will actively work with employer branding and attracting new Veterans. This means, for example, building new collaborations with organizations, companies, and associations where seniors are present, as well as finding new creative ways to reach our target group. This may involve some travel where you may need to visit our local offices or other partners to establish collaborations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing and publishing job ads to attract new Veterans
• Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
• Advancing candidates through the process and maintaining order and structure along the way
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with offices across Sweden to ensure needs and delivery
• Driving employer branding and actively finding new ways and methods to reach and attract seniors and retirees
• Identifying and establishing new collaborations with associations and organizations that reach our target group

You will be based at our headquarters in central Stockholm, with working hours Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Who we are looking for

We believe you have experience in recruitment and have driven recruitment processes independently. You are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and quickly builds long-term relationships and trust. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are curious, take initiative, and are eager to learn new things. We believe you:

• Have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Hold an academic degree in HR, Personnel Science, or equivalent
• Can easily manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Are accustomed to working operationally, juggling multiple tasks, and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Take responsibility, are efficient, and prioritize tasks correctly
• Are goal-oriented and enjoy working towards set targets
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
