About the role

Perido is currently looking for two digital communicators for our client, a government agency located in Solna. The work is primarily performed on-site at the office, with the possibility of some remote work by agreement.

We are looking for two individuals with different focuses:

• Digital communicator with a focus on external communication via the agency's website.
• Digital communicator with a focus on internal communication via the agency's intranet.

Regardless of the focus, you will have a central role in developing and managing the content of the agency's digital channels. You will work with adapting, editing, and publishing content, while ensuring that texts, images, and in some cases video, are accessible, user-friendly, and search-optimized. With a communicative and structured approach, you will contribute to creating engaging and relevant content that reaches the right audience.

To succeed in the role, you are a communicative and self-motivated person who enjoys taking responsibility for your work. You have a structured approach and an eye for both details and the big picture, which allows you to create content that is clear, target-group adapted, and of high quality. You are analytical and curious about how digital channels can be developed and optimized, while also having a good understanding of user needs and the importance of accessible communication. Since the role involves many contact points, you are also good at collaborating, building trusting relationships, and communicating in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications (below requirements must be met and clearly stated in CV):

• University education, for example in media and communication or equivalent, and at least five (5) years of work experience from similar work
• Good knowledge of digital communication and social media
• Knowledge of web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.)
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove, etc.)
• Knowledge of optimization and development of digital channels
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility for digital channels
• Good skills in MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of clear language (klarspråk)

Meritorious:

• Good experience in working with communication to achieve organizational goals
• Experience and ease in switching between strategic planning and practical implementation
• Good collaboration skills and talent for building relationships with people in different positions and with different levels of expertise

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-12-23. Start 2026-09-01.
