The Unit's Mission

The Intervention Development Unit is responsible for ensuring efficient use of labor market interventions by providing expert knowledge in the area and being responsible for methods, processes, and approaches regarding intervention development and follow-up. The unit is also responsible for supplier work in collaboration with other parts of the organization. On the unit, we work cross-functionally, including with the IT department, to develop digital support.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can develop and manage the agency's interventions for job seekers in various formats, as well as drive assignments through project management and investigation.

The work involves driving and coordinating assignments with a focus on high-quality final delivery. The assignment includes working cross-functionally and in close collaboration with other parts of the organization. To develop and manage the procured labor market interventions, one must weigh different perspectives against each other and have a good understanding of the agency's prerequisites. The assignment also includes compiling and presenting conclusions and proposals in a structured manner prior to preparations and decisions.

The Intervention Development Unit is responsible for the efficient use of procured labor market interventions and works based on the unit's needs and assignments.

The work requires that you have a strategic perspective and a good understanding of the type of issues that need to be handled at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

We are looking for someone who is result- and goal-oriented, can work independently, and has an easy time creating good collaborations. You have good analytical and pedagogical skills and can communicate complex issues and processes.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period, as well as a fixed-term employment of 12 months. Start date by agreement. The location is Malmö, Gothenburg, Östersund, or Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position

  • University degree of at least 180 hp/120 p with a social science orientation
  • At least 2 years of current experience in project management at a strategic and/or national level
  • At least 2 years of current experience in requirements specification
  • Experience in investigation work at a strategic and/or national level
  • Experience in quality and business development
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Other Merits for the Position

  • Experience in working with the design, management, and follow-up of interventions carried out in external regimes
  • Experience in process-oriented work at a strategic and/or national level
  • Experience in analyzing, structuring, and drawing conclusions from complex information, as well as interpreting and preparing materials
