About the Role

As a teacher, you will teach both theoretical and practical modules within electrical technology and installation. You will also be responsible for student administration together with your colleague. The role includes sourcing APL (Work-Integrated Learning) placements and supervising students during their APL periods. You will also develop and adapt teaching materials to meet students' needs and ensure that teaching follows current regulations and guidelines from both the industry and the Swedish National Agency for Education. You will not do this alone but will be part of a team, both in Norrköping and with colleagues across Sweden. Together, we create an education to be proud of.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as an electrician
• Have at least 2 years of experience as an electrician
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate

Merits for the position

• Have a degree as a vocational teacher or previous experience from the education sector
• Previous experience in leadership, e.g., APL responsibility, team leader, or similar
