Forskolan Stugan is located in Sundby Park in Strängnäs. The preschool consists of three departments, and we focus on keeping small children's groups. In addition to the curriculum, we work according to the norms of the Swedish Outdoor Association and are certified as a "Mulleförskola" (a preschool with a focus on outdoor play and nature). At Stugan, all educators are trained in outdoor pedagogy. Our cornerstones are extensive outdoor time, safety, quality, and joy for the children, which is why it is important for us to have well-educated and competent staff. We strive to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant environment and that we have fun together!

Job Description

At the preschool, staff across all departments work closely together and close to the children and guardians, requiring the team to take significant responsibility. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the preschool's mission, who collaborates easily, is flexible, has good structure, and is passionate about their role. You should be able to translate the curriculum from theory into practice. To thrive here, we see that you agree with the value of an appreciative approach that aligns with the preschool's value base, appreciate and see opportunities in conducting preschool activities outdoors, and advocate for order and structure.
