About Trafiko and the role of employed Education Manager in Eskilstuna

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driver's education industry, both for students pursuing their licenses and for the instructors who train them. In a short period, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driver education. We offer introductory and risk management training in 35 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are educated annually with Trafiko.

Currently, we offer driving lessons in 18 cities and are now expanding our offerings to include driving lessons for our students in Eskilstuna. This is why we are looking for you to join us on this journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by adapting education to their individual needs. You are quality-conscious and handle interactions with patience. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently, with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Certified driving instructor
• Trained education manager
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Merits

• Experience using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
