We are now looking for a Study and Career Counselor to support us in performing the "Career Counseling" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Are you a dedicated Study and Career Counselor? Then Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!

The Study and Career Counselor is responsible for the cohesive counseling process for the individual, as well as conducting mapping interviews and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program.

Background

You have a degree as a Study and Career Counselor. Experience in career counseling, mentoring/coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
