The Role of Readiness Coordinator

As a Readiness Coordinator, you work strategically and supportively to develop and ensure good readiness. You have your own area of responsibility where you drive the development of readiness work forward, while collaborating closely with other functions. • Support operations in continuity management and the establishment of backup routines.
  • Be responsible for training and exercises within the readiness area together with colleagues in the readiness unit.
  • Develop and support the leadership function "Special Healthcare Management during Special Events".
  • Prepare the hospital to handle peacetime crises and, ultimately, war.

The position is a permanent full-time employment located at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö. The role involves travel and requires a valid driver's license (Category B). As the role is classified for security clearance, Swedish citizenship and a passed background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) are required before employment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in the recruitment process.
