TitanX Engine Cooling AB is a global leader in the supply of cooling systems for heavy-duty vehicles. We develop and manufacture advanced products where quality, innovation, and reliability are crucial. We are now looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to contribute to developing our working methods, strengthening our processes, and driving our ongoing quality work forward.

About the role

As a Quality Engineer, you play a central role in developing and ensuring the quality of our manufacturing. You work closely with production, process development, project management, and other support functions to create stable, efficient, and capable processes.

You analyze quality outcomes, identify root causes, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen process performance and reduce cost of poor quality. The role also involves acting as a qualified support to the organization on quality-related matters, training staff in quality methods and statistical tools, and contributing your expertise in development projects together with R&D. As a natural partner to production, you actively participate in daily improvement work and contribute to a culture where quality is an integral part of operations.

In this role, you will:

• Drive and develop quality assurance in production
• Analyze quality deviations and lead root cause analyses
• Support production, projects, and R&D in quality matters
• Train and coach the organization in quality methods
• Establish and develop quality control documentation
• Drive improvement initiatives that strengthen quality and process capability

You belong to the Quality Department and report to the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree or equivalent education in quality or quality management, along with experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry, preferably from the automotive industry. You have good knowledge of ISO9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards, and are accustomed to working with quality tools and methods such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and Lean. Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 is a plus.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have a data-driven approach and enjoy identifying improvement opportunities, driving change, and turning analyses into concrete results. You collaborate easily with different functions, build trust through a flat organizational structure, and feel confident guiding and training others in the quality field. Since the role involves many contact points, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
