Stadium is a family-owned Swedish retail company rooted in Norrköping. Through our concepts Stadium and Stadium Outlet, we have grown into Sweden's largest sports and sportswear chain with the goal of inspiring people to live an active and healthy life. We also organize one of Sweden's largest sports camps, Sports Camp, and collaborate with several well-known sporting events.
Behind every delivery to our stores and e-commerce platform lies a well-planned Supply Chain. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Planner Outbound with a focus on forecasting, who wants to help develop our logistics flows and contribute to ensuring the right products are in the right place – at the right time.

You will be responsible for forecasting and planning the outbound flow from our central warehouses to stores and e-commerce. Together with colleagues in warehousing, transport, purchasing, and commercial functions, you will ensure efficient product flows, high availability, and cost-effective deliveries.

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for forecasting and planning the outbound flow from central warehouses to stores and e-commerce
- Optimize product flows based on sales, inventory status, seasonality, and business priorities
- Ensure high availability and cost-effective deliveries
- Monitor deliveries, handle deviations, and prioritize volumes during capacity challenges
- Closely collaborate with warehousing, transport, third-party logistics, purchasing, and commercial functions
- Analyze service levels, inventory balance, and forecast outcomes
- Drive improvement work within planning processes, data quality, and working methods
- Provide support in matters regarding availability, deliveries, and stock levels
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and has a genuine interest in logistics and Supply Chain. You are used to working in a data-driven manner and have the ability to see connections between different variables to make well-founded decisions.
You are curious, unpretentious, and thrive in close collaboration with others. At the same time, you are confident in prioritizing, making decisions, and handling changes when the pace is fast.
To succeed here, you have a holistic perspective, strong self-drive, and a desire to develop both processes and working methods.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary education in Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing, economics, or equivalent
- Has at least two years of experience in forecasting and planning within logistics or Supply Chain
- Has experience planning product flows in an operational business with many parallel flows
- Has worked with forecasts where multiple variables, such as geography and weather, influence planning
- Has experience collaborating with warehousing, transport, third-party logistics, purchasing, and commercial functions
- Is accustomed to analyzing data and turning insights into concrete decisions
- Has very good skills in Excel and good system proficiency
- Has experience with Power BI
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Meritorious
- Experience with IFS
- Experience with Infor M3
- Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement work
- Experience with replenishment or distribution planning within retail
