As a Production Engineer, you will become part of a production technology team that works closely with both development and production. The role is broad and varied, allowing you to work through the entire industrialization process, from early planning and introduction of new products to handover and further development of existing production.

You will play a key role in ensuring that new products and processes can be produced efficiently and with guaranteed quality. As projects develop, you will drive technical issues, coordinate activities, and serve as a natural link between various functions within the organization.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Participate in the planning and industrialization of new products.
• Ensure that products are adapted for manufacturing.
• Drive and coordinate technical projects related to production.
• Participate in investments and the introduction of new production equipment.
• Collaborate closely with production, design, quality, and procurement.
• Work on continuous improvement and development of production processes.
• Support production after handover and ensure a stable production environment.

• Have a university or college degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, or a corresponding field.
• Have a strong technical interest and preferably experience in production technology or manufacturing industry.
• Understand industrialization and production processes.
• Experience in project management or project work is an advantage.
• Proficient in working with ERP systems.
• Experience with CAD, preferably CATIA, is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
