You thrive when taking responsibility, have a solution-oriented mindset, and feel comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We value your technical competence just as highly as your ability to collaborate and your commitment.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience from aircraft maintenance, aircraft production, or similar industries with a focus on structural work.
  • Good proficiency in relevant software, such as Office 365.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Swedish skills are an asset.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel for work.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

It is particularly positive if you also have experience or knowledge in any of the following areas:

  • Experience with Saab 340 and Saab 2000.
  • Experience in structural design, preferably from the aerospace industry.
  • Knowledge of CATIA V4 and/or V5.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and certification processes.

Of course, we consider it an asset if you also have a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

You will become part of a small, cohesive, and inclusive group working on the maintenance of the Saab 340 and Saab 2000. We share a commitment to success and operate in a positive, flat-hierarchy environment where collaboration, professionalism, and job satisfaction go hand in hand.

For us, it is crucial that you thrive as part of the team. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your willingness to contribute to the continued development of both the team and the business.
