In your daily work, you will perform planned and corrective maintenance, carry out modifications, and execute other tasks related to both civil and military aircraft maintenance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest tools and technology in the industry.
Depending on who you are, there are significant development opportunities within the company towards more academic roles such as planning and the creation of technical documentation and data.
Examples of your main responsibilities may include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems on aircraft/helicopters and their subsystems.
- Performing base and line maintenance to ensure the aircraft meets safety requirements.
- Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to solve complex technical problems.
- Documenting and reporting completed work in accordance with company and authority guidelines.

We value qualities such as humility, curiosity, strong drive, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
The basic requirement for the position is a completed aircraft technician education (full CoR) for B1.1 or B1.3. A valid EASA Part-66 or SE-EMAR Part-66 certificate is meritorious.
If you hold a certificate or CoR, we ask that you attach a copy to your application.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the currently applicable security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
