Why this job is for you

You are passionate about leading and driving projects towards set goals. You enjoy creating structure and taking ownership of issues. You are confident in your role as a project manager and wish to continue developing through rewarding and interesting assignments as a consultant.

With us, you get not only the opportunity to lead projects – you become part of a context where project management is a core competency and an area we constantly develop. Within Knightec Group, there is XLPM: our competence center for leadership and project management. Here, we own and further develop XLPM – a proven methodology that gives you structure and clarity in your assignment, and supports you in leading in complex environments with high demands on results, collaboration, and responsibility. In addition to the methodology, we offer a wide range of training, consulting, and expert support – so that you always have access to the competence you need to succeed in the role.

With us, you step into a team where we share knowledge, support each other, and dare to think new thoughts. Do you want to drive development that makes a difference – both for customers and society? Then this is the right place for you.

We are located in new premises in the heart of Linköping – specially adapted for collaboration, focus, and professional networking. Here we meet in creative meeting rooms, modern workspaces, and – for those who wish – at the ping pong table for a break with colleagues. Whether you are out at the customer or working from the office, this is your safe base – a place where relationships are strengthened, ideas are exchanged, and development happens, every day.

Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, security, sustainability, and project control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from the idea stage to completion.
  • Set up project plans, monitor time, cost, and quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams within projects.
  • Create engagement and clarity in the project group.
  • Implement structured working methods, processes, and tools within the project.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in project management and thrive in taking the leadership role in complex projects. You have a structured way of working, are communicative, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.

We want you to have:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent experience in technology or product development.
  • Experience in leading projects, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • The ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen.
  • Confidence in your communication, both in Swedish and English.
  • Experience with project methodologies such as Agile, XLPM, or PMP is advantageous.

Some assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means that a security clearance may be required for these.
