Part-time Property Manager in Norrköping

We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for a 50% consulting assignment with one of our clients in Norrköping. This assignment is ideal for you who have broad experience in residential property management and thrive in a role where you take overall responsibility for daily management while serving as a support to the team.

The assignment is at 50%, starting in late August/early September. The assignment runs until approximately the turn of the year.

About the assignment

In this assignment, you will work with:

• Taking responsibility for the ongoing management of a residential property portfolio with a focus on high service and a good customer experience.
• Handling tenant cases, such as damages, complaints, disturbances, and other more complex customer inquiries.
• Inspecting handover protocols upon move-in and move-out, as well as following up on apartment renovations and making decisions on measures.
• Ordering and coordinating minor maintenance and repair measures together with contractors.
• Ensuring that regulatory requirements and statutory controls are followed up.
• Leading and coordinating the local management team through recurring operational and collaboration meetings (without personnel responsibility).
• Contributing with structure, experience, and a holistic perspective in the ongoing residential property management, as well as acting as a support to other managers in the team.

The role has broad management responsibility and involves close collaboration with technicians, property management assistants, and leasing agents.

We are looking for you who have good previous experience in property management. You have previously worked with residential property management and are accustomed to handling tenant-related issues. Furthermore, you have experience in leading or coordinating teams and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and contribute with structure and security.

As a person, you are self-reliant, stable, and have a natural holistic perspective, while also being willing to share your knowledge and support colleagues in their daily work.
