Job Description

We are now looking for Quality Engineers who want to coordinate quality assurance within production or in projects. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute with competence in quality standards and communicate the requirements and expectations set. As a Quality Engineer, you coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in production or assigned projects.

You drive and are responsible for improvement measures to continuously improve the quality of our customers' products and our way of working. This is done both by finding solutions to emerging problems together with cross-functional teams and by working long-term with quality and process improvement measures.

Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Ensure product quality and be responsible for quality assurance activities and methods.
• Continuously monitor the quality status and initiate quality assurance measures if necessary.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of reviews and decision forums.
• Contribute to broadening the department's collective competence.

To our market area Quality Engineering (QE), we are now looking for new employees at several of our offices in Sweden. Our team ranges from newly graduated to senior staff with broad competence in quality, welding, and materials.

Qualifications

A suitable education is a Master of Science in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a few years of work experience or equivalent acquired experience from working life.

It is meritorious if you have any of the following experiences:

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or EN 9100.
• 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA.
• APQP/PPAP.
• IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-640.
• FAI (First Article Inspection), according to EN 9102.

As a person, you are driven and responsible. We also believe that you are a good communicator with a good ability to report and present quality-related milestones. You thrive in group collaboration but also work independently under your own responsibility.

Since much of the work is also directed towards international customers, you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The position may require you to undergo and pass a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
