As a Production Leader, you lead the daily work within the inspection area and actively work to develop, streamline, standardize, and quality-assure operations.

Your Profile

As a Production Leader, your leadership is characterized by creating good conditions for the organization to take its own responsibility for quality-assured and efficient deliveries, with high customer satisfaction as a natural goal. The role requires that you have the ability to handle several parallel tasks simultaneously and function as a natural hub in the network, where you coordinate resources, priorities, and communication to ensure a smooth and successful way of working.

As a leader, you are clear, engaged, and keen on developing the business and your employees.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from production.

• Basic knowledge within manufacturing and further experience regarding manufacturing and the application of quality systems and standards.

• Previous leadership experience and experience of working in a management group.

To succeed in the role, you should have high drive, be meticulous, have good collaboration skills, and be a team player who works proactively to facilitate things for yourself and your colleagues. Great attention will be paid to your personal qualities and experiences.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
