Your Role

In the role of Planner, you will work together with three other planners to have overall responsibility for aligning our needs and schedules.

You will be part of a newly created team consisting of project managers, planners, and after-sales coordinators, collaborating closely with production and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and capacity planning
• Cost estimation
• Material planning
• Develop and monitor KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with adjacent functions

Your Profile

You are a curious, proactive, and self-driven individual who enjoys having a broad understanding and being involved in multiple projects at different stages. You are skilled at structuring your work, providing a solid foundation for planning both in the short term and over a longer horizon. You easily build relationships and collaborate well with people at all levels. Clear and concise communication is important and should be one of your strengths.

The role offers significant freedom and ample opportunity to influence outcomes.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
