Your Role

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Design Quality Engineer who wants to become part of our team and take a key role in driving process improvements and developing our ways of working. The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems engineering and Integrated Product Creation (IPC), a keen eye for detail, and a passion for quality assurance.

Examples of your tasks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Review and further develop existing routines and processes to ensure they meet high quality requirements prior to release
• Apply systems engineering principles to develop robust and efficient design processes
• Use IPC methods to integrate product development effectively throughout the organization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management systems
• Take a coordinating role in activities related to business development, such as lessons learned
• Drive improvement activities, investigations, and smaller projects

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in design work and quality assurance. It is meritorious if you have a basic understanding of working in a government-approved organization.

You value quality at all levels and thrive on turning ideas into practice. You have an eye for detail while also understanding the business as a whole and the business perspective.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required for the role.

It is meritorious if you also have experience with:

• Industrialization within Aeronautics
• Quality assurance and improvement work
• Saab 340 and Saab 2000, Global 6000, or similar aircraft

As a person, you are:

• Receptive and have high personal integrity
• A good communicator who enjoys building and maintaining networks
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and structured
• Driven to develop both the business and yourself

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
