As a Parts Data Specialist, you will become an important part of the work to ensure that the correct product information is available throughout the entire lifecycle of our customer's aviation products. You are responsible for creating, quality-assuring, and maintaining item data in the business system IFS ERP, ensuring that the information meets both internal standards and customer and authority requirements. In the role, you work at the interface between technology, logistics, purchasing, and production. A large part of the work involves collecting and analyzing information from various stakeholders, interpreting technical documentation, and ensuring that all product data is correct before it is used further in the business. You will become a key link between several functions and contribute to creating efficient and quality-assured information flows. Among other things, you will work with registering and updating item and product data in IFS ERP, obtaining and quality-assuring information from suppliers, interpreting internal regulations and standards, and translating customer requirements into correct product information. The role also involves supporting the organization in matters related to item data, change management, and documentation, as well as administering new and existing items, from smaller standard components to advanced flight systems and spare parts.
