Do you want to be part of developing our quality work in production? We are now looking for a Quality Engineer for a temporary position where you will work broadly and closely with operations to drive improvements and strengthen our quality together with colleagues.

As a Quality Engineer at Toyota, you will work with:

• Leading and driving work on quality defects, proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and leading quality meetings in production.
• Acting as a coordinator for initiating responses to serious quality issues, e.g., during line stops, including line stop meetings.
• Monitoring and driving quality assurance during production changes and new product development.
• Planning and executing process audits with the aim of preventing defects.
• Serving as an expert in quality methodology within production sections and training employees in quality methodology.

In this role, you will work on identifying and handling quality defects in production, primarily in cases of more serious deviations. You will propose and drive measures to ensure that errors do not recur. In the event of major quality issues, such as line stops, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading meetings to find solutions. You will also hold daily quality meetings within production and work proactively by conducting process reviews and risk assessments. This applies to both ongoing production and the introduction of new products.

As an expert in quality methodology, you will serve as a support for production and contribute to improving working methods and quality. The role may also include other tasks within the quality department depending on needs.

For the position of Quality Engineer, we are looking for you who are/have:

• Upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Experience working in quality or knowledge of quality methodology, such as TIBP, P-FMEA, and control plans.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good proficiency in working with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.

To succeed in this role, you need strong communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and enthusiastically both verbally and in writing. You are a structured and analytical person who quickly sees connections and finds solutions. Your outgoing and collaborative attitude means you thrive working both independently and in teams. Additionally, you have a strong drive to learn, develop, and constantly improve working methods.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of E1, Enovia, and blueprint reading.
• A forklift license is a merit.
