About the RoleYou will step into a production-proximity quality role in a technologically advanced environment within the defense industry, where high manufacturing quality is crucial. The focus is on purchased materials, and you will become a key support in daily operations when quality issues need to be handled quickly, structured, and with a clear impact on production and deliveries.
Here, you work closely with production, procurement, design, and supplier quality. You help the business assess deviations, drive actions, and develop working methods that strengthen both quality and flow. Responsibilities- You support production in the quality assessment of purchased materials.
- You handle material deviations in the production environment and drive the work forward to minimize the impact on production and deliveries.
- You drive reclamations and root cause analyses together with suppliers and supplier quality.
- You ensure that corrective and preventive actions are identified, implemented, and followed up.
- You participate in and drive improvement work related to quality, processes, and flows.
- You contribute to developing and improving quality routines and working methods.
- You collaborate closely with production, procurement, design, and other quality functions.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality work in production or an industrial environment.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience.
- Good understanding of deviation management, root cause analysis, 8D methodology, and risk analysis.
- Ability to work carefully, structured, and solution-oriented.
- You thrive in an operational role with many contact points and close collaboration with several functions.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
