About the Company SeaPattern is currently building a new specialist team for a safety-critical project. We are looking for dedicated employees who want to help develop advanced technical solutions where quality, operational reliability, and delivery capability are at the center.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where complex problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. You will become part of an experienced team driven by creating robust systems for society-critical operations – where every delivery matters.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager at SeaPattern, you hold a central position where you lead complex R&D and technology projects from planning to implementation. You are responsible for driving projects forward with a focus on structure, quality, and results, while ensuring that schedules, resources, and milestones are monitored and delivered as planned. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in development, production, and management, as well as ongoing contact with both internal and external stakeholders. With clear communication and a structured approach, you contribute to efficient projects and high-quality deliveries.
In this role, you will also:
Lead test programs from planning and production readiness to execution, documentation, and analysis.
Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and milestones.
Identify and manage risks and ensure project progress.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive follow-ups, continuous improvements, and the development of efficient working methods.
Create documentation and dashboards that create transparency and provide a clear picture of project status.
Your Profile
You are a structured and solution-oriented project manager who thrives on driving complex technical projects to completion. You have a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget, and you have the ability to create structure even in environments where conditions change.
You have strong analytical skills and make decisions based on facts and data. At the same time, you are a skilled communicator who builds trust and gets people to collaborate towards common goals, even without formal line management responsibility.
As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and thrive in a fast-paced organization where priorities may change. You have a genuine interest in technology and keep up to date with new digital tools, AI, and other solutions that can streamline work and create business value.
Requirements for the Role
University degree or Master of Science in Engineering.
Several years of experience leading technical or cross-functional projects.
Experience in hardware development, testing, and verification is an advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
What We Offer
At SeaPattern, you have the opportunity to work close to the technology while contributing to solutions that strengthen society-critical functions. We offer a dynamic work environment with competent colleagues, short decision-making paths, and great opportunities to influence both your own development and the success of the projects.
We value engagement, professionalism, and collaboration, and we are looking for you who want to help build long-term solutions for the future.
