Rimaster Electrosystem AB is facing growing demand for advanced electrical systems and customized solutions for both existing and new customers. Therefore, we are now looking for a Production Technician / Production Engineer who wants to become part of our team and contribute to the development of our production.

About the role

As a production technician, you play a central role in developing and optimizing our production of advanced electrical systems and customized products. After an introduction and internal training, you will be responsible for the technical preparation of new and updated products and will serve as the customer's technical contact person.

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and our own production, handling quotation preparation, technical support, and the development of working methods and processes. You will participate in, and in some cases lead, improvement and rationalization projects, as well as assist in the procurement of machines, tools, and aids.

You will become an important part of our production technology department, where technical expertise, quality awareness, and a structured approach are crucial. We also value high engagement, good teamwork skills, and a willingness to develop both working methods and the business.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an engineering or technician education or equivalent experience
• Has several years of experience in production technology work, preferably in cable production or manufacturing industry
• Has experience in process and operations preparation as well as technical production development
• Has good component knowledge and an analytical approach to work
• Has experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor G5
• Has the ability to drive improvement work and develop efficient working methods
• Thrives in a role involving customer contact and technical responsibility
• Is structured, meticulous, and has good teamwork skills
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
