Do you want to work with technical development in companies where innovation, problem-solving, and product-oriented engineering are in focus? We are now looking for designers/engineers for several of our clients in Östergötland, ranging from smaller tech companies to larger industrial firms.
What our clients have in common is that they work with exciting technology, have strong forward development, and offer environments where you as an engineer have the opportunity to contribute, influence, and grow in your role.
We have several different roles with varying focus and complexity. This means we are happy to connect with you regardless of whether you are at the beginning of your career or have several years of experience in design and product development.
About the role:
As a designer/engineer, you will work in technology-intensive projects where you contribute to the development of products, systems, and solutions that make a difference. Depending on your background and interests, the role may involve work in mechanical design, product development, cabling, electronics-proximity design, strength analysis, calculations, simulation, or technical documentation.
You often work closely with colleagues in areas such as mechanics, electronics, systems, software, production, and testing. The role can cover the entire or part of the development chain, from idea, concept, and design to verification, industrialization, and finished product.
Responsibilities:
- Create and further develop designs in CAD and PLM environments
- Develop technical solutions based on requirements, function, and application
- Carry out product improvements, design changes, and adaptations
- Perform or contribute to calculations, simulations, analyses, and verification
- Produce technical documentation, drawings, and manufacturing data
- Collaborate with production, testing, procurement, and other technical areas
- Contribute to method, product, and process development
- Support projects with technical assessments and solution proposals
We are looking for you who:
- Have a university or civil engineering degree in mechanical engineering, product development, technical design, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
- Have at least one year of experience in design or related work
- Have a good understanding of technical systems, product development, and problem-solving
- Are accustomed to working in CAD, PLM, or other technical development tools
- Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external contacts
About the employment:
This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that you will be directly employed by the client after 6-12 months.

- Start: According to agreement
- Location: Östergötland
