Are you a service professional who wants to contribute to fantastic customer experiences? In #teamlidl, we help each other succeed. And we grow together. We are now looking for an engaged store sales assistant who wants to rock 25 hours a week with us!
Your Role
As a store sales assistant at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face outward to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply burn with the desire to provide good service every day. In the role of store sales assistant, you get to work variedly with all different tasks that are part of daily store operations. This includes tasks such as:
- Unpack all goods and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Ensure freshness and expiry dates of products
- Keep the store clean and fresh
- Serve customers at the checkout
- And of course, you, together with your colleagues, contribute that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We are looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and moves forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven by working result-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
- We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
- You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
- You are 18 years or older and fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

Recruitment is done with continuous selection, which is why we would appreciate it if you sent your application as soon as possible. The position is a temporary assignment of 25 hours per week, starting as soon as possible/agreed upon until July 31, 2027. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled including early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
