We are now looking for a Customer Development Manager/Sales Representative for our client's Sales HUB in Skara/Skövde, responsible for developing and deepening relationships with both existing and new customers in the region.

About the Role

In the role of Customer Development Manager/Sales Representative, you will combine relationship building with business development in a key position where you are responsible for developing both existing and new customer relationships. You drive the entire sales process – from identifying business opportunities to creating long-term collaborations – in close cooperation with consultants and delivery teams. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for and developing long-term customer relationships within your HUB
  • Selling the client's services, products, and licenses
  • Identifying new business opportunities based on customer needs and lifecycle
  • Driving the entire business process – from prospecting to closing and handover
  • Working systematically with upselling and cross-selling
  • Building, developing, and following up on the business pipeline in the CRM system
  • Ensuring that quotes, contracts, and business deals are handled correctly
  • Collaborating closely with consultants and delivery to translate customers' 15-year plans into concrete business deals
  • Contributing to the development of working methods and offerings within the Sales HUB

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or technical services
  • Good understanding of how IT creates business value
  • Familiarity with CRM systems as well as quote and contract work
  • Experience using AI-based tools to streamline sales work
  • Previous experience in proactive sales
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
