Responsibilities

As a Digital Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring that we measure the right things and use data to improve our digital customer journeys. This is a group-wide role based at our headquarters in Mölndal. You will work closely with our central functions, our operating companies, and play a key role in translating business needs into correct tracking, reporting, and improvements.

In this role, you will:

• Implement, quality assure, and further develop our tracking.
• Ensure that consent/CMP functions correctly in conjunction with tracking and data collection.
• Create and further develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Data Studio and Power BI.
• Analyze traffic, behaviors, and conversion flows to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute with hypotheses, follow-ups, and simpler experiment/CRO initiatives.
• Define requirements for developers regarding tracking work.
• Serve as an analytical support to the team and the group by translating data into clear recommendations and next steps.

Key Competencies/Skills

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as a Digital Analyst, web analyst, or in a similar role. You are accustomed to creating structure in measurement and using data to prioritize improvements. You thrive at the intersection of business, marketing, and technology and are confident in translating analysis into clear recommendations.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Extensive experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong proficiency in building and communicating reports in Data Studio or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
• An analytical and structured working style, with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Good ability to define requirements for developers.
• Basic understanding of experimentation, hypothesis-driven optimization, and CRO.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Experience with consent solutions/CMP and understanding of how consent affects measurement.
• Working in larger or more complex digital environments.
• Working closely with content, performance, or SEO teams.
• CMS.
• Working with conversion rate optimization.
