Job Description

Are you a communicative and solution-oriented person who thrives on customer contact and building long-term relationships? We are now looking for a retention agent who wants to work with customer care, retention, and sales.

In this role, you handle incoming cancellation requests via phone and email, conduct win-back calls, and actively work to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and increase customer loyalty, while creating value for both the customer and Folkspel's mission. You work towards set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Weekend work may occur during certain periods of the year, so we look for candidates who are flexible with their working hours.

You are a positive and engaged person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. With a listening and professional approach, you build trust, create good customer experiences, and find solutions that make a difference. You are driven by results while valuing collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your personal qualities:

As a person, you are engaged, empathetic, and skilled at building trust. You thrive in a role that combines service, sales, and relationship building. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have a strong sense of personal responsibility to drive your work forward. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration and shares knowledge and experiences.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or another customer-facing role
  • Service-oriented, result-driven, and accustomed to working towards goals
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM and customer management systems
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma. Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or service is a plus.
