We are now looking for a People & Culture Administrator who wants to help develop our digital HR processes – with a focus on digitalization.

Your daily life with us. In this role, you are a key person in our digital HR landscape. You work operationally in our systems – but also proactively in developing how we use them.

You will, among other things:

  • Ensure that all employee data is correct, updated, and maintains high quality in our HR and payroll systems.
  • Understand and actively work on how our systems "talk to each other" – and ensure that the right data flows through the entire chain.
  • Identify, analyze, and rectify discrepancies in our digital HR landscape.
  • Administer personnel-related documents such as employment contracts, changes, and certificates.
  • Act as backup in payroll administration.
  • Produce and analyze data such as sick leave, overtime, and staff turnover, and convert insights into improvement proposals.
  • Be responsible for monthly reporting and contribute data-driven decision support.
  • Work in and further develop our digital platforms for training and recruitment.
  • Be a driving force in simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing our administrative processes.

Your background

  • Experience in HR administration, finance, payroll, or a similar role.
  • Very good system proficiency and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new digital tools.
  • Experience working in multiple systems in parallel and understanding integrations between them.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
