As the HR Manager, you are responsible for the broad and complex area of personnel issues. You operate on both a strategic and operational level, providing support to both managers and employees. You are part of the management team where you drive important personnel-related and organizational processes, prepare decision-making materials, and act in a consultative capacity. In your operational work, you both develop and execute administrative routines.

In your role, you are expected to:

• have a good grasp of labor laws and collective agreements, as well as handle union relations.
• take responsibility for competence supply in the short and long term and manage the entire employment journey – from recruitment to termination.
• drive systematic work environment work.
• develop individuals, managers, and teams, which sometimes involves handling difficult personnel cases and conflicts.
• inform and train in routines and digital systems.
• serve as the contact person for the national payroll service and ensure that routines function and are followed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a university education in HR or Personnel Science and experience in HR work. The role places high demands on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who acts with integrity and independence, while establishing trusting relationships that enable good collaborations. You must also be a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain, anchor, and create understanding for decisions, processes, and ways of working.

You are a member of the Church of Sweden and hold a B-driver's license.

We are a parish with seven congregations in Eksjö Municipality and a small part of Nässjö Municipality. In our congregations, there are twelve churches, three chapels, twelve cemeteries, and two preschools. We have approximately 12,300 church members and 80 employees.
