Job Description

The Skövde depot is part of the Warehouse and Distribution area, where we deliver medication-related products to our residents. As a coordinator, you will work across the entire Warehouse and Distribution area with certain tasks. This means that while your base is at the Skövde depot, you will also work in Gothenburg with some regularity. You will report directly to the Department Manager at the Skövde depot and will be part of a small team of three colleagues who work together on various administrative tasks and support each other.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Process-oriented work with routines and instructions
• Communication with customers and residents
• Handling dispatches, updating product catalogs, and our website
• Processing authorization applications
• Training prescribers and orderers in our system
• Support for management

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a post-secondary education focused on purchasing, logistics, or economics, or alternatively another education that, combined with employer experience, is assessed as equivalent. You have previous experience in administrative work, as well as good computer and system skills, and are proficient in the Office suite. Since you will work in Adobe InDesign to update our product catalogs, you need to have previous experience working independently in this system.

As a person, you are responsible, have a sense of order, take initiative, and find solutions to potential challenges. You have the willingness and ability to provide good service and collaborate with colleagues throughout the Region of Västra Götaland. Furthermore, you are communicative, have good Swedish language skills, and are skilled at expressing yourself both orally and in writing.

Previous experience in process work and working in business systems is meritorious.

About Us

The Warehouse and Distribution area, with 180 employees, is responsible for ensuring robust and cohesive warehousing and distribution of consumables and medicines as part of the administration's mandate for the Region of Västra Götaland (VGR) and its residents. The area also has overall responsibility for the administration's external transport. We work to develop a process-oriented approach to supply our partners in the best way possible throughout the entire production and ultimately the entire supply chain.

Other Information

The position is a permanent employment with a desired start date of September 1, 2026, or as agreed.
