Job Responsibilities

In addition to standard nurse assistant duties, you are also responsible for planning and carrying out care and nursing around the resident together with your colleagues.

You identify obstacles in nursing care with the aim of developing and implementing changes that improve the daily life of the resident, as well as transferring your theoretical knowledge into practical action for the benefit of everyone around the resident.

You will work closely with the Health and Social Care Administration (HSL), nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a 2-year education as a specialist nurse assistant or Silvia nurse. This is a requirement.

We are looking for you who are curious, brave, and interested in turning quality and development issues into reality.

You are an empathetic person who contributes to collaboration, is flexible, and has an open mind. In your work, you are unpretentious and feel secure in collaboration with other professions as well as with relatives.

You have pedagogical skills and can mentor others, with the ability to get others to listen.

If you are also approachable, enjoy laughter, and like trying new paths, then you are exactly who we are looking for.

Good computer skills and a willingness to work with various systems and digital tools are necessary in daily work. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You are accustomed to participating actively in team meetings and operational teams and, together with colleagues, driving the operations forward.

Furthermore, you have experience working with quality registers and follow-ups of care interventions to improve the results of the operations.

We see that you have good collaboration skills and view teamwork as an important success factor for creating security and well-being for our residents.

You have scheduled time for your assignment and will work every other weekend in a lovely group, where you also mentor your colleagues.
