As an Electrical Designer, you will become part of the development of customer-specific special vehicles. You will work on the design and adaptation of electrical systems for various projects – from minor modifications to major development initiatives. The role offers a broad technical platform where you will combine design, problem-solving, and collaboration with several parts of the organization. You will work with both low-voltage and high-voltage systems and collaborate closely with mechanical, system, and product development teams. In this role, you will:
- Design and develop electrical systems with a focus on wiring and electrical interfaces
- Work with components such as control units, sensors, relays, and electric machines
- Investigate and adapt existing solutions based on customer and project requirements
- Conduct analyses and ensure that changes function within the overall vehicle solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within mechanics and product development
- Work in tools such as CATIA and electrical schematic programs for design and documentation

- A university or civil engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, or similar
- A genuine interest in electrical design, vehicle technology, and electrification
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Completed a thesis project within electrical design, vehicle technology, or electrification
- Experience with CATIA or similar CAD tools
- Knowledge of electrical schematic programs, such as Capital or Saber
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
- A practical interest in vehicles or technology
