At Forenede Care, we are looking for a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or care assistant (vårdbiträde) who wants to work during the summer, either full-time or part-time, at our cozy senior living facility, Magnoliagården.

As a nurse assistant or care assistant at Forenede Care, you will provide excellent care, service, and support to our residents. Every day at Forenede Care, you will help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Magnoliagården is a specialized housing facility focusing on somatic care and dementia, with 75 places. The facility is operated on behalf of Staffanstorps Municipality. On-site staff includes a business manager, unit manager, group leaders, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, Leva Livet inspirers, cleaners, maintenance staff, and many dedicated nurse assistants and care assistants.

In the role of a nurse assistant, you will perform care and support tasks based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and exercise training.

As a summer temporary employee and fixed-term staff member, you have good opportunities to secure new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for fixed-term positions covering both the summer and the rest of the year.

To be considered for this position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have training as a nurse assistant and previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, are highly engaged, and are service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.
