ABOUT THE POSITION

At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Tvärålund. We are currently looking for you who want to work as a substitute for regular staff during sick leave and vacation! The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 09:00-17:00

• 17:00-23:30

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 60s with a great interest in sports. He has previously suffered a stroke and therefore needs support in his daily life.

Tasks:

• Support with daily routines and household chores

• Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing

• Assistance with transfers

The client uses aids such as a tablet for communication, a breathing mask, a wheelchair, a slide board, turner boards, and a floor lift if needed.

We are looking for you who are positive, social, and have a good sense of humor. You enjoy working independently, can take initiative, and have a flexible attitude. It is also important that you are reliable and punctual.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Driver's license

• Access to a car

• Ability to tolerate the client smoking outdoors

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with people who have had a stroke

• Experience as a personal assistant or care experience

• Care education or equivalent

Employment level: 1 substitute on an as-needed basis.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
